When he lets himself think about it, House wonders if it's worrying how quickly it's become normal, whether that says anything about how his brain works. Or you remind yourself that if you focus on this thread, you miss out on a thread you actually want to follow. It's not reasonable for anyone to be able to juggle more than a handful of balls. Voices in your head are the same thing. You risk wearing yourself thin.

Oh, I don't play. House does, or I'm pretty sure he does. And I made all the keys, and I traded for a bunch of wood, but I don't know anything about pianos, really, so I don't know how to turn that into something that makes music.
