Well, they're magic dogs. I think perhaps if they minded magic, they wouldn't have let the Dog Keeper make them hellhounds. I don't think he would do magic on a dog that didn't like it, anyway.

[ you'd be surprised by how many magic users use magic on those who don't want it. it hits a little too close to wanda's old home.

I'm sure he will; we could go together, and I'll tell him how much all my animals like you. I think he values Lady's opinion a good deal.

[ her expression brightens much like a child's does on christmas. despite all the kindness wanda has been handed over the last handful of years, it still surprises her in a pleasant way when others want to give without anything in return. it's something pietro would have enjoyed, too. ]
